NEW YORK, October 13, 2026 — MD ONBOARD, a Northwell Health company and aviation medical solutions provider, today announced a strategic partnership with The Centre for Aviation Psychology (CAP), a globally recognized specialist in aviation mental health, resilience, and peer support solutions for airlines and aviation operators.

The partnership brings together MD ONBOARD’s digital aviation medical platform with CAP’s expertise in aviation psychology, peer support, resilience training and crew well-being. Together, the organizations will offer airlines and business aviation operators a structured, confidential, and aviation-specific support model designed to help crew access the right support earlier, before personal challenges escalate into safety, performance, or fitness-for-duty concerns.

Through this collaboration, MD ONBOARD and CAP will provide an integrated solution that includes confidential peer support, resilience resources, clinical escalation pathways, critical incident support, and anonymized reporting aligned with the operator’s Safety Management System principles.

“Crew well-being is no longer a standalone HR topic; it is a core component of operational resilience, safety culture, and organizational performance,” said Wehda El Aridi, Chief Growth Officer, MD ONBOARD. “This partnership with The Centre for Aviation Psychology allows us to move beyond fragmented support models and offer aviation operators a more connected, practical, and trusted framework for crew mental health. By integrating peer support, resilience resources, and clinical escalation into the MD ONBOARD platform, we are helping operators support their people earlier, more confidentially, and in a way that reflects the operational realities of aviation.”

“This collaboration reflects the importance of building mental health support around the realities of aviation. By combining peer support, resilience training, and digital access, we can help airlines and business aviation operators engage crew earlier and more effectively.”

The partnership reinforces both MD ONBOARD’s commitment to building a connected aviation medical ecosystem across preflight, inflight, crew health, mental well-being, and post-event support and CAP's commitment to providing high-quality peer support services to aviators via innovative and state-of-the-art channels.
